Each dashboard is updated automatically on a monthly schedule, so the figures reflect a recent, consistent snapshot of activity.

📍Snapshot of Homelessness

A monthly count of people experiencing homelessness


Shows the Annual Point-in-Time (PIT) count for the CoC as submitted through HDX 2.0, alongside a monthly count of individuals experiencing homelessness.

🏘️ Current Living Situations

Where clients are staying, by project type


Shows last month's Current Living Situation for each client, by project type -- reported for Street Outreach and Coordinated Entry only -- presented through the Current Living Situation HMIS Assessment.

Note: The Balance of State CoC will not have Street Outreach (SO), so this category reflects Lincoln only.

🔑 Program Exits to Permanent Housing

Clients exiting to permanent housing


Shows last month's exits to permanent housing only. Destination names are shortened for clarity -- for example, instead of "Living with family in a permanent tenure," this is shown simply as "Living with Family."

🏠 Housed in Supportive Housing Programs

Clients housed in a supportive housing program


Shows a count of individuals who came from a homeless situation and are currently housed in one fo the CoC's housing projects.

🚶 Street Outreach Efforts to Housing Placement

Engagement through outreach services


Individuals engaged in Street Outreach services, including those who have subsequently obtained housing.

📦 Program Utilization

How much of the housing inventory is in use


Shows the Annual Housing Inventory Count (HIC) for the CoC as submitted through HDX 2.0, alongside current utilization.

🔗 Coordinated Entry Efforts to Housing Resolution

Families in Coordinated Entry & how cases resolve


Total number of families in Coordinated Entry, and the outcomes of successful exits to permanent housing, including CoC housing placements and self-resolutions.

🆕 First-Time Homelessness

System Performance Measure 5.0


Based on System Performance Measure 5.0 (SPM 5.0), this shows how many individuals experienced homelessness for the first time that month, with no homeless episode recorded in HMIS within the past 24 months.

💰 Rental Assistance

Households, adults, and children receiving support


Part of Lincoln's Homeless Prevention and Supported Housing program. Tracks more than just households -- also the number of clients, adults, and children who received rental assistance or are currently housed through the program.

🎖️ Veterans Inflow & Outflow

Veterans entering & exiting housing


Part of Lincoln's veteran housing programs. Shows veterans entering and exiting housing projects each month, broken out by project type.
