All Doors Lead Home Coordinated Entry
All Doors Lead Home is the homeless coordinated entry system for the Nebraska Balance of State and Lincoln
Continuums of Care. All Doors Lead Home prioritizes limited housing resources by connecting people experiencing homelessness with the most appropriate housing program available based on their needs and encourages collaboration between homeless service providers to reduce duplication of efforts. All Doors Lead Home is also designed to divert people who have other safe options for housing away from the homeless services system to prevent their homelessness.

- Youth: Every Wednesday at 8:30 am Central for Lincoln & 9:30 am Central / 8:30 am Mountain for Balance of State. Please contact the Youth Programs and Prevention Coordinator for a secure meeting link.
- Balance of State: Every Thursday at 9 am Central / 8:00 am Mountain. Please contact the Coordinated Entry Manager for a secure meeting link.
